ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups flaked cooked fish
2 1/2 cups diced, boiled potatoes
1/3 cup cream
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
parsley, for garnish
directions
Melt butter in skillet. Combine remaining ingredients and place in skillet. Fry slowly until well heated and slightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Serve with parsley.
