The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

1 package frozen sole or flounder fillets
2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
2 teaspoons dried bread crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. If frozen fillets are used, thaw and press between paper towels to remove moisture.
Arrange fish in a buttered 12" x 8" baking dish. Top with jack cheese slices. Mix bread crumbs and paprika together and sprinkle over cheese slices.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
To serve, cut into sections with a spatula.
