Greek-Style Red Snapper

ingredients
2 pounds red snapper fillets
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons oregano leaves
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 large tomato, cored and chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta or blue cheese
directions
Place fish in a lightly oiled baking dish. Lay onions over fish and sprinkle with oregano and lemon juice.
Mix together parsley and tomatoes and spread over fish, then sprinkle with cheese.
Cover tightly with foil and place in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
