ingredients
12 ounces beef
5 potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 carrot, peeled, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 celery rib, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped green dill
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
directions
Fry potatoes in butter until light golden. Fry onions in butter until golden. Fry carrots in butter. Cube beef and fry in butter until light brown.
In a ceramic pot, put beef, potatoes, onion, carrot, celery, teaspoon parsley, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Pour a little broth over the top.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Ten minutes before serving, add sour cream and sprinkle with dill and parsley.
