ingredients
1 1/2 pound beef, cubed
2 tablespoons unripe papaya (ground)
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
salt, according to taste
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 green chiles, chopped
directions
Mix together all the spices and yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it. Leave to marinate for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.
Then barbecue over charcoal.
