ingredients
1 pound tomatoes, peeled
1/2 pound Chinese noodles
1 pound minced beef
1/4 pound middle bacon, diced
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 medium onion
2 teaspoons ketjap benteng manis (sweet soy sauce)
1/4 teaspoon sambal oelek (hot pepper condiment)
4 ounces boemboe nasi goreng (dehydrated vegetables and spices)
1/4 teaspoon sambal oedang kering (pepper condiment)
directions
Soak the boemboe nasi goreng in hot water.
Dice and brown the onion while boiling the noodles in another container. Add beef and diced bacon to cooked onions and brown.
To soaked the boemboe nasi goreng, add tomatoes, sambal oedang kering, sambal oelek and ketjak benteng manis, mixing well. More spices can be added to taste.
Drain the noodles. Add tomato paste and Chinese noodles to cooked mince. Mix together. Bring to even heat and serve.
