ingredients
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups milk
3 cups water
directions
Mix cocoa, flour and sugar together in bowl. Put in pan and heat.
Combine milk and water and add to mixture and cook until thickens like gravy. Serve over biscuits.
