This spicy sauce is perfect for dipping or topping boiled shrimp, steamed crab, and other seafood.
2 tablespoons finely minced celery
2 teaspoons finely minced green onion
1 1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Finely mince the celery and green onion. Place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Store the cocktail sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
