Crab cocktail sauce has a different "tang" than your usual shrimp cocktail sauce to complement the flavor of the crab. Feel free to up the horseradish if you like extra zing.

1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
The cocktail sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance. Stir well before serving.
Use as a dipping sauce with cooked, chilled crab or shrimp, or other seafood.

Glad I read the reviews because 1/4 lemon juice would have been too much for me. Used half and that was fine. Did add more horseradish!!
