ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, divided
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon well drained capers
directions
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large heavy frying pan over medium heat. Fry the eggs until they are done to your taste. Remove the eggs and place on a serving plate.
Add the remaining butter and increase the heat to medium high. Cook until the butter is a very dark brown. Remove the heat, add the vinegar, and mix well.
Pour the butter sauce over the eggs and top with the capers.
