3 1/2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 slices bread, toasted
Melt the butter in a skillet. Stir in the flour. Cook over medium heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the milk gradually. Cook until thickened (stirring constantly). Fold in the egg slices.
Serve over toasted bread.

i have not tried this recipe specifically, but i tried creamed eggs on toast and it was sooooo good. i would reccomend it to anybody.
