Breakfast Chanterelles

ingredients
3 ounces fresh chanterelle mushrooms, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
1 slice bread
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
directions
Saute the mushrooms and garlic in the olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the wine and simmer for one more minute.
Toast the bread in a hot griddle pan or in a toaster. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the egg for two minutes. Serve the mushrooms on toast with the egg on top.
