1 1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed
1 medium onion, cut in chunks
6 eggs
3/4 cup green pepper, cut in chunks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Put all ingredients in blender container, cover, and process only till mixed.
Pour into greased 7" x 13" baking pan and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 375 degrees F oven.
Cut into equal pieces. Serve between buttered toasted slices of French bread.
