Stiffly Beaten Egg Whites

ingredients
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon water
6 fresh egg whites at room temperature
directions
Mix vinegar and water in small bowl. Set aside.
Put egg whites in food processor bowl and process with steel blade for about 8 seconds.
Turn processor on again and adding vinegar-water mixture through feed tube, continue to process for 1 minute or until egg whites are very stiff.
