Thoroughly wash the mint leaves. Place one leaf (or two if they are small) in each section of an ice cube tray.
Add enough water to just fill the ice cube tray sections and place the tray in the freezer until frozen solid (about 3-4 hours usually).
Add the festive ice cubes to drinks or cocktails.
