Bread Machine Sourdough Oatmeal Bread

The tang of sourdough bread combined with the toothy texture of oatmeal bread - all made easily in your bread machine.

ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoon dry active yeast
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup warm water
directions
Combine the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer. Select white bread setting.
When the bake cycle is complete, let the bread sit in the pan for 5 minutes then remove it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing or storing in an airtight container.
