ingredients
1 tablespoon green tea powder
3 gelatin leaves
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
1 handful unsalted pistachios
directions
Set the gelatin leaves to soften in a bowl of cold water.
Blend the sugar with the egg yolk in a deep dish then add the green tea and cream cheese. Blend thoroughly.
Heat the milk and off fire dissolve the gelatin leaves in it. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous preparation.
Beat the egg white until stiff. Fold it into the tea mixture. Pour the mousse in individual ramekins and leave it to chill for 2 hours. Sprinkle with pistachios when about to serve.
