ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon sugar
directions
Combine the butter, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until the spices are blended into the butter.
Use immediately or transfer the butter to a small covered container and chill until ready to use.
