30-60 minutes
ingredients
4 pork chops
1/2 cup diced onions
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
directions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook on one side until browned. Turn the chops over.
Place the onions around the sides of the chops and sprinkle all with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Reduce the heat to medium and let cook for about 15 minutes.
In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the milk and mushroom soup. Pour over the top of the chops and let simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the pork is heated through and the sauce is heated.
Serve the pork with the sauce.
