Creamy Ranch Pork Chops & Rice

ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
5 ounces milk
1 package (1 ounce size) ranch salad dressing mix
paprika
1 cup raw long-grain rice
directions
Combine the rice and half the ranch salad dressing mix. Cook as directed on rice package.
While the rice is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet. Add the chops and cook, turning, until browned on both sides. Add soup, milk and remaining salad dressing mix. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with the rice.
