I have a very similar recipe I made years ago, but instead of a 9X13" pyrex pan I'm using my cast iron skillet and a kid. The only difference is I put a slice of Orange and an onion slice on top of each pork loin. I prefer pork loin over chops. So love this and haven't had it in years. Awesome recipe!
I know that it looks good before cooking and sounds good. I'll have to rate it after my family is done eating it. However, it is very easy to make.
Make sure you cover the dish with foil or the rice won't cook right.
