Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 pound frozen meatballs
1 clove fresh garlic
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, loosely packed
1/2 lime
1 can (14.5 ounce size) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
Hot steamed rice, optional
directions
Prepare rice according to package directions, if desired. Place the meatballs on a microwave-safe plate and thaw the meatballs on the defrost setting, according to the oven manufacturer's directions (About 8 minutes).
Peel the garlic. Turn on a blender or food processor and drop the garlic through the feed tube onto the moving blade. Process until finely chopped. Add the cilantro, and pulse to finely chop. Squeeze the juice from the lime half into the blender. Add the tomatoes with their juices, and pulse 3 or 4 times to finely chop the tomatoes and mix the salsa.
Place the thawed meatballs in a 2-quart or larger saucepan and add the salsa. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warmed through, about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve over hot steamed rice, if desired.
