ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 drops almond extract
1 egg white
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
1/4 cup toasted flaked coconut, crumbled
maraschino cherries, for garnish
directions
Whip cream; fold in first measure of sugar, instant coffee, and flavorings.
Beat egg white to soft peaks; gradually add second mesaure of sugar and beat to stiff peaks.
Combine almonds and coconut.
Fold egg white and half of nuts mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into individual paper baking cups set in muffin pan. Sprinkle remaining nut mixture atop; freeze until firm.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
