Refried Bean And Beef Dip - CDKitchen.com

serves/makes:

ready in:
  1-2 hrs

ingredients

1/4 pound ground beef
1 can (16 oz size) refried beans
1 pound American cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons taco sauce or salsa
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

directions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until the meat is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat. Add the beans to the skillet and cook until heated through.

Place the beef mixture in the crock pot. Add the cheese, taco sauce, and garlic salt. Stir to combine.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high heat for 1-2 hours or until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are heated through.

Turn the crock pot to low to keep warm while serving or transfer to a chafing dish.

Serve with tortilla chips.
