1 can white hominy
1 can navy beans
4 ounces cucumber or zucchini
1 1/2 cup salsa
1 can diced green chiles
1 tablespoon lime juice
cumin
salt
directions
Puree hominy, beans and cucumber and zucchini in food processor until smooth. Put mixture into bowl and add remaining ingredients.
Heat and serve with tortilla chips.
