ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
1 cup guacamole
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives
directions
Combine the cream cheese and taco seasoning until well blended. Evenly spread the mixture on the bottom of a pie plate. Evenly spread the guacamole over the cheese. Spread a layer of salsa over the guacamole. Evenly sprinkle the lettuce on top next; then the cheese, onions, and olives. Refrigerate. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.

I use a fat-free mexican cheese blend and fat free cream cheese since the guac has fat in it.
