ingredients
1 package (7 ounce size) prepared hummus
1 cup finely shredded lettuce
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 package (4 ounce size) crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons sliced pitted ripe or kalamata olives
toasted pita bread wedges for dipping
directions
Spread the hummus on the bottom of a pie plate or 9-inch platter.
Sprinkle the shredded lettuce on top. Top with the chopped tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
Evenly sprinkle the crumbled feta and olives over all.
Serve the dip with pita bread wedges.
