Spiced Turban Squash

ingredients
2 small turban squash
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 dash black pepper
directions
Cut squash into quarters and remove seeds. Place pieces, cut side down, in a shallow baking dish and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Turn cut side up. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over squash. Return to oven and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes or until squash is tender.
