ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
5 cups cooked rice
1 cup cooked and chopped chicken, or leftover meat
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can chow mein noodles
2 chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

directions

Heat soup and broth to boil in a sauce pan. When it starts to boil add chicken and cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently.

Make a bed of rice on each plate and top with chicken mixture and the toppings of your choice.
