Easy Chicken Loaf - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

2 large eggs
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 cup coarse soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 1/2 cup milk

directions

Beat eggs slightly in bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pack mixture into greased 9" x 5" x 3"-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes. Un-mold onto hot platter.
