1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium bowl combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, corn, Parmesan cheese and chicken. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch-baking dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 25 minutes.
