ingredients
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 small onion, chopped
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
1 package (10 oz size) frozen broccoli spears, cut in 1" pieces
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
hot buttered noodles, pasta, or rice
directions
Grease the crock pot and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the soup and mayonnaise. Add the flour and whisk into the mixture.
Add the onion, chicken, celery, broccoli, curry powder, and lemon juice and fold into the soup mixture.
Pour the mixture into the greased crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until everything is heated through.
Serve over buttered noodles, pasta, or rice.
