1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
1 package wild rice, cooked
1 medium jar sliced pimentos
2 cups French-style green beans, drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Saute onions in skillet, until soft. Combine with other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into large casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
