I had cleaned the meat from a chicken I had roasted, and I had half a can of french fried onions from another recipe, so this was the ideal recipe for me to fix for a quick and easy meal. I added 1/4 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet for color. Next time I'll use 1/2 teaspoon and also add some partially-cooked diced celery for a little added texture.
