ingredients
2 bags (1 lb. size) frozen fruit (e.g., peaches)
1 box (18.25 ounce size) yellow cake mix
1 can (12 ounce size) diet lemon-lime carbonated beverage
directions
In 9x13 pan, place both bags of fruit, do not thaw. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the fruit. Pour can of pop over the cake mix.
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Uncover and bake an additional 40 minutes.

I made this for a BBQ and everyone loved it! I had to cook it longer than the recipe called for but just kept it in the oven until bubbly and that helped eliminate any dry cake mix.

Don't know if I did something wrong, but the cake powder didn't disolve completely and so I had patched of dry batter after cobbler baked.

This was a very easy and delicious recipe. I would advise anyone to try it. I used canned peaches and some of the juice off of it. I did the recipe the same on everything else.
