Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

I didn't look at the cake mix package until after I made the recipe and realized it wasn't 18 ounces so the topping was maybe more greasy than it should be. Everything tasted good. I was at the store yesterday and couldn't find any 18 ounce cake mix packages so I'm wondering what the butter should be adjusted to?

Holy cow! thought it would be too easy to be any good and the whole family loved it. Hard to mess it up and was wonderful with vanilla ice cream.
