Spanish Rolls

ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 ounces olive oil
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
6 green onions, chopped finely
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 can (2.25 ounce size) black olives, finely chopped
4 ounces tomato sauce
2 tablespoons taco sauce
1 pound American cheese, grated
24 French or sour dough rolls

directions

Brown meat with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add garlic. Remove from heat and cool.

Mix all other ingredients with meat. Scoop out rolls and fill with mixture.

Wrap in foil. Heat at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.
