ingredients

5 pounds beef roast, cheap cuts are good
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 quart dill or sour pickle slices

directions

Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with onion soup and sprinkle pickles over all. Cover and let cook at least 8 hours on low.

When meat is falling apart, shred with two forks. Serve with pickle slices on whole wheat buns.
