Orzo With Fruit And Cool Whip

ingredients
1 box orzo (also called rosa marino) cooked and drained
8 ounces jar maraschino cherries drained and cut in half
2 cans pineapple chunks
2 containers (12 ounce size) Cool Whip frozen nondairy whipped topping
2 small cans mandarin oranges
5 tablespoons flour
1 can fruit cocktail
3/4 cup sugar
directions
Drain all fruit and save juice. Mix 1/2 cup of juice with flour. Bring remaining juice to a boil, add the sugar, then add flour mixture slowly, stirring constantly. Let cool well.
Add orzo and fruit. Cool several hours or overnight. Add Cool Whip and refrigerate al least one hour.
