Molded Beet Salad

ingredients
1 can (1 pound size) beets, sliced
3 1/2 cups beet liquid (beet juice and water)
1 large package lemon gelatin
1/4 cup minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
directions
Drain beets and reserve liquid, add enough water to make 3 1/2 cups.
Combine gelatin, beet liquid, onion, salt, allspice and horseradish in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Chill until mixture starts to thicken.
Dice beets, add to mixture. Put in mold that has been sprayed with cooking spray and chill thoroughly.
Combine horseradish, sour cream and mayonnaise and use as dressing.
