Slow Cooker Carrots Lyonnaise

ingredients
6 cups shredded carrots
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine carrots and onion. Add chicken soup, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
