1 pound baby carrots
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brandy
directions
Drop carrots into boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Place in oven proof casserole.
Combine butter, sugar, salt and brandy, and pour over carrots. Cover casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
