It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
Fruit Gelatin with Sour Cream

1 large package raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 package frozen wild blueberries
1 package frozen strawberries, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can pineapple chunks (optional)
1 pint sour cream
directions
NOTE: Make sure gelatin is fully dissolved before adding frozen fruit. Gelatin will gel as you stir.
Spray mold with cooking spray and add a little less than half of the mixture. Spread sour cream then add remaining mixture. Cover and chill overnight.
