ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 cup shortening
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
4 cups flour
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll dough into balls (walnut size). Roll in powdered sugar. Do not flatten.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.
