1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 package (3 ounce size) dry instant vanilla pudding mix
1 container (8 ounce size) Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

directions

Combine the crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix in a bowl. Mix well then let the mixture stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Fold in the whipped topping until just mixed (do not over mix the icing). Use immediately.

    So easy and perfect as a last minute cake topping. I had to scramble to come up with a quick dessert. Used a box cake mix and this as icing. Not fancy but easy and it tasted really good.
