ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

Combine the cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth and uniform in color.

Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until all ingredients are completely incorporated.

Spread the icing on cooled cake or cupcakes. Store in the refrigerator or the frosting may melt.

    Doesn't make much but has good flavor. I've doubled tripled and even quadrupled it depending on the use.
