3  egg yolks
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Mix sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks, and butter. Spray saucepan with Pam and boil for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off burner and add nuts, coconut and vanilla.
