ingredients
3 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Cook sugar and cream on high until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook and stir until mixture reaches soft ball stage.
Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Beat until creamy and thick.
