Fruit Salad With Curry Dressing

ingredients
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 can (11 ounce size) pineapple tidbits
1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin orange sections, drained
1 medium banana, sliced
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 small apple, cored and thinly sliced
directions
For dressing, in a 1-cup measure, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, and curry powder. Cover and chill in freezer while preparing salad.
For salad, in a medium mixing bowl, stir together pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections, banana, grapes, and apple. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates.
Serve salad atop lettuce. Drizzle with dressing.
