ingredients
2 cups sour cream
3 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 pound crab meat or imitation flaked crab meat
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound fresh medium shrimp, cooked and peeled
fresh parsley
8 ounces linguine
directions
Combine sour cream, cheese and butter in slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Cover and cook on low 1 to 2 hours.
Cook the linguine until al dente. Serve at once over linguine. Garnish with fresh parsley.
